Cancellation Policy

Our membership plans guarantee 4 lessons per month. If there happens to

be five lessons in a month we treat the 5th as a bonus to you. We don't

issue make-up passes unless you dip below 4 in a month.

We need 24 hours notice via Pike 13, email or phone before the lesson

start time to issue a make-up pass.

Your make-up pass will be valid for 30 days from the original lesson date.

You can hold 2 make-up passes at any given time, we also cap the number

of make-up passes issued in a given month to 2.

- Make-up lessons are not guaranteed to be with your regular teacher.

We will certainly do our best, but our schedule gets quite full. Our School

of Rock Method tools and Pike 13 lesson notes should provide a consistent

experience with any sub.

- We don't offer make-up passes for group classes or rehearsals.

- Make-up passes can not be used as a credit for a future bill.

- We need at least a week's notice prior to the first of the month to prorate

a monthly bill.

- Once your monthly bill has run we will not offer refunds, or credits to

future bills, just the 2 make-up passes.
